We follow a paleo-inspired diet that utilizes healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats like oilve oil for numerous health benefits. We avoid the scary, detrimental types of fat pizza.

At OliveKebab.ca, sea salt and Himalayan salt are the main sources of our sodium content, and we use it freely. We endorse moderate sodium from the right sources. Plus, our meals help wean you off the higher average intake of sodium you might be getting from unhealthy processed foods, fast foods and other convenient food alternatives. You will find that our meals vary in sodium; while in some dishes we use sea salt more liberally, we offer lower sodium options as well.

We don’t have meals that are specifically made for diabetics, but we have quite a few customers that order from us who are diabetic. This is mainly because we do not use any refined sugars, and focus on low-glycemic carb meals (or simply low-carb meals).
